Little Cayman is a modern, upscale semi–Oceanfront Beach House with designer furniture and linens, a double island gourmet kitchen, heated saltwater pool, 4-person spa on lower deck, double outdoor showers, game room with billiards table……. and….. a private pickleball court to be completed by the 2025 summer rental season!

Vacation stress-free at Little Cayman, located within the Tri-Village of Cape Hatteras National Park. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided. With a less than a 5-minute walk to the beach., you are just steps away from a day full of fun in the sun, sand and ocean. Soundside sports is also just steps away with Hatteras Water Sports located directly across from Farrow Shores Salvo is known for its excellent windsurfing, kiteboarding and jet skiing fun. Little Cayman has multiple outdoor decks, all fully furnished to relax and rewind with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The elevator provides access to all levels from the ground floor making this home handicap friendly.

Ground Floor:
Ground Level Amenities include a fenced-in yard with a private pool, pool lounges, pool umbrellas and sunshade, picnic table and private BBQ gas grill and charcoal grill.

First Floor:
On the first floor you will find a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds for the junior crew, a full bathroom with tub and shower, billiards table, full-size washer and dryer, wet bar with microwave and full-size refrigerator and flat screen smart TV. Outside you will find a very spacious deck with 4 Adirondak chairs, a hot tub and 2 outside showers.

Second Floor:
On the 2nd floor you will find 4 spacious bedrooms with king sized beds. 2 bedrooms have private bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom. All bedrooms have a flat-screen cable smart TV and access to covered decks with chairs for relaxing or reading. Spa bathrobes and Paya toiletries will make you feel like you’re at a resort!

Third Floor:
The third floor features an open floor concept with a well-appointed chef’s kitchen that’s equipped with all you will need to show off your cooking skills-both stainless steel and non-stick cookware, double island granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The secondary island has barstool seating for 4. The expansive dining room has spacious seating for 12. The main living area has a large flat screen smart TV and has ocean views. This floor also has a powder room and opens to a 3rd open deck for spectacular views of sunrises over the ocean or sunsets over the sound. The deck has plenty of seating with a high-top table and chairs. Room #6 is a large Master bedroom with a private hallway leading to the ensuite full bathroom.
